1. How do I place an order?
You can order directly on our website or through a registered Whealth Organic distributor.
2. Where are you based?
Whealth Organic is a proudly South African company based in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal.
3. How long does delivery take and do you deliver nationwide?
Yes, we deliver nationwide! Once your order is confirmed and payment is cleared, processing and delivery takes approximately 3-5 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email
4. Where can I collect my product?
We have two collection points in Durban: Durban Central and Sherwood.
5. I am far away from Durban, how do I get my products?
We deliver directly to your door or to the nearest pick-up point across South Africa
6. Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online debit/credit card payments, EFT, and vouchers
7. Are your products natural?
Yes, all Whealth Organic supplements are made with 100% natural, plant-based ingredients.
8. Are your products suitable for vegans and vegetarians?
Yes, all of our supplements are vegan and vegetarian friendly.
9. How many capsules should I take per day?
As a guideline, we recommend one capsule per day. Always check the label for instructions.
10. How long before I notice the results?
This varies based on the product, your individual body chemistry, and lifestyle. Some people feel a difference in energy or wellness within a few hours or days, while for others it may take 2-3 weeks of consistent use to experience the full benefits
11. Can I take more than one product at a time?

12. How do I know if your products are right for me?

14. Do your products have side effects?
Our products are made from 100% natural ingredients and are generally well tolerated. As with any wellness product, if you experience any discomfort, we recommend you discontinue use immediately and consult your healthcare provider.
15. Can I take the products with chronic medication?
While our products are safe, natural and generally well-tolerated, we recommend speaking to your healthcare provider before taking supplements if you are on chronic treatment

While our products are safe, natural and generally well-tolerated, please consult your doctor before using our products during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
17. Can Whealth Organic products replace a healthy diet?
No. Supplements are designed to support a healthy diet and lifestyle, not replace them. They work best when combined with balanced nutrition, exercise, and rest.
18. Are your products safe for athletes and fitness enthusiasts?
Definitely. Whealth Organic products are popular among athletes and gym-goers looking for natural performance support. For example, Radiate offers clean, lasting energy and Immunity supports immune strength and recovery.
B. Accounts & Technical Support
1. How do I join or register?
There are three ways to register:
1. As a Customer – for personal use only, paying retail price.
2. As a Member with a Starter Pack – which includes one of each of our products (save R150 on admin fee)
3. As a Member with Admin Fee – by paying a R150 once-off fee to activate your distributor account and discounts.
2. I forgot my password. What should I do?
Go to the login page and click “Forgot Password”. Enter your registered email address, and you’ll receive a password reset link. Follow the instructions to create a new password.
3. Who do I contact if I need help with joining?

4. What do I do if I encounter a 404 error?
A 404 error means a page couldn't be found. Please try these steps: 1) Clear your browser's cache and cookies. 2) Try accessing the site using a different browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox). If the problem continues, please contact our support team with a screenshot of the error.
C. The Business Opportunity
1. How much can I earn as a distributor?
Earnings vary based on your effort, sales, and team growth. Our compensation plan provides multiple income streams including direct sales profit, team commissions, and leadership bonuses. The more you grow your customer base and team, the higher your earning potential.
2. Do I need experience to join?
Not at all. Whether you’re new to business or experienced, Whealth Organic provides training, mentorship, and resources to help you succeed.
3. How many ranks are there in the network?
There are six distributor ranks you can progress through:
1. IBO (Independent Business Owner)
2. Team Leader
3. Supervisor
4. Manager
5. Senior Manager
6. Director
4. I want to join the business, but I don’t have a sponsor. What do I do?
If you don’t have a sponsor, our system will automatically assign the company as your sponsor, or you can contact support for assistance in finding a sponsor.
5. Can I order for someone else? (Placing an order for your downline)
Yes, you can! Simply select 'order for downline' and select their name from the dropbox at checkout, and the order will be placed under their name.
